Ask your accountant a question
Start or reply to an Inbox thread with enough detail for your Median team to find the issue.

Start a question
The new-thread form asks for a Subject and Message. Use the company Documents task or Data feed upload when you need to send a document.
- If Your setup shows a question from your accounting team, answer it there. The app says those answers go to your accountant and nothing posts until they review it.
- For a new question, choose Inbox in Median.
- Choose Start Thread.
- Enter a short subject and describe your question or the issue you noticed in Message, then choose Send.
Include useful context
- Name the company or legal entity and the report or setup task involved.
- Include the relevant date or report period and the label or error shown in Median.
- For a suspected report issue, describe what you selected and what you expected to see. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, or bank credentials.
Continue an existing conversation
Open the relevant thread in Inbox, enter your reply, and choose Send. If a thread is resolved but you need to continue it, reopen it from the thread before replying when that action is available.
Check the thread status
Inbox separates open, pending, and resolved threads. If the message did not send, Median shows an error and keeps the text available for another attempt. A sent message confirms delivery to the thread, not that the underlying accounting question has been resolved.
