Under $1M in revenue, your price is one of two numbers.
One flat monthly fee, set by your annual revenue. Bookkeeping, reporting, and financial analysis are done for you at both, every seat is included, and there is nothing charged per transaction. Above $1M we price on the work instead, and the estimator further down shows how that lands.
Daily bookkeeping, your P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and a real accountant on your books.
Everything above, sized for more accounts and higher transaction volume.
Over $1M in revenue, we price on the work required.
Past a million in revenue the books stop fitting a band. Entities, payroll, inventory, and multi-currency all change what the month actually takes, so we scope it with you rather than guess at it.
The meter on the right is the basis for that conversation: the active financial accounts on your books and the entries we post. Move the sliders to see roughly where you land, then book a call and we will price the real thing.
Connect your ads, analytics, and CRM free. That is what powers profit by channel, CAC, and runway, and we never charge for the connection.
Your estimate, per month
12 financial accounts at $55, plus 1,500 ledger entries at $0.60. An estimate, not a quote.
Every line item, in writing.
On a flat band the fee does not move with your transaction volume, and there is no per-transaction charge on top of it. On the meter we only bill for accounts with activity that month, $0 for accounts that sat quiet.
Month to month either way. Billing is monthly, and there is no annual plan to sign.
Tax, credits, and compliance from the same firm, at the same price discipline.
We file the returns, claim the credits, and keep the registrations current. These are add-ons at any revenue, flat band or metered.
Federal and state tax returns, prepared and filed.
C-corp, S-corp, partnership, or single-member LLC. Includes federal, one state, and K-1s when relevant. Multi-state and consolidated returns priced at scope.
R&D tax credit, studied and filed with your return.
We identify the qualifying work, build the documentation, and file Form 6765 including the payroll tax election. You pay nothing unless you receive the credit.
Sales tax registration and the ongoing filing.
Nexus review, registration, and the recurring return in each state where you have an obligation.
A few real numbers, so you know where you land.
Pre-revenue founder, three accounts.
Under $250K in revenue, so the flat band applies and volume does not change it. Daily bookkeeping, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, with a real accountant on the books.
Owner-operator, payroll, eight accounts.
Somewhere between $250K and $1M in revenue. Same flat fee whether the month runs 400 entries or 1,200. Profit by person and channel, and same-day answers on Slack.
Two entities, payroll, heavy card volume.
Past $1M, so this one is scoped. Around 1,500 ledger entries a month across twelve accounts puts the meter here. Consolidated statements and a full reporting pack.
A price you can plan around, until your books outgrow it.
Below a million in revenue, what founders want from a price is that it stops being a question. A flat monthly fee does that. A heavy December costs the same as a quiet February, and you can put the number in a model without a forecast attached to it.
Above a million, that stops being true. A twelve-account company with two entities and inventory is doing genuinely more work than a four-account one, and a flat band either overcharges the first or underprices the second. So we scope it, on the meter above, and you can see the arithmetic before you talk to us.
Both prices include every seat, every data connection, and the reporting pack, and neither is an annual commitment. The band you are in is the whole bill, with nothing metered on top of it and no second threshold hiding inside it.
What we will not do to your bill.
- Charge you for seats. We don't. Add your cofounder, your investor, and your tax preparer at no cost.
- Lock you in. Month to month. Cancel whenever, and take your books with you.
- Surprise you. No "annual review" price jump, and no fee that appears the month your volume climbs inside a band.
