A few things you may be wondering.

Do you handle trust accounts or IOLTA?

This service starts with your firm’s operating books. Trust-related work needs a separate fit review. We will confirm what we can support and who owns each responsibility before you engage us.

Can you work with a solo practice?

Yes. We work with owner-led businesses in the United States, including solo firms. We confirm fit, current bookkeeping needs and account count on the call.

What will the first call cover?

You’ll speak with Jacob, Median’s co-founder, for 20 minutes about your business, the state of your books and what you want handled. We discuss fit and the next steps. You do not need to upload financial records or pay to book.

What if my books are behind?

We review the historical work before you start. Migration is included with ongoing bookkeeping. Catch-up and cleanup work are separately quoted, so you can decide with the full scope in front of you.

Will I have a real accountant?

Yes. A real accountant reviews the bookkeeping work and answers questions on business days. Complex questions and additional work follow an agreed scope and timeline.
