    What determines my plan?

    Financial account count does not change either flat plan. Historical cleanup and additional work are quoted separately.

    Who is this service for?

    US consultants, studios, agencies and other owner-led professional services businesses looking for ongoing bookkeeping. Specialized industry requirements are reviewed before we agree a scope.

    Can you replace my current bookkeeper?

    We can discuss taking over the ongoing work. We review your current books, migration needs and any cleanup, then agree the handoff and price with you.

    What will the first call cover?

    You’ll speak with Jacob, Median’s co-founder, for 20 minutes about your business, the state of your books and what you want handled. We discuss fit and the next steps. You do not need to upload financial records or pay to book.

    What if my books are behind?

    We review the historical work before you start. Migration is included with ongoing bookkeeping. Catch-up and cleanup work are separately quoted, so you can decide with the full scope in front of you.

    Will I have a real accountant?

    Yes. A real accountant reviews the bookkeeping work and answers questions on business days. Complex questions and additional work follow an agreed scope and timeline.
