    Connecting takes about 30 minutes. You give us access to your QuickBooks and your bank and card feeds through Plaid, and we pick up from there. Most businesses are fully running on Median within a few days.

    Yes. Bank and card accounts connect through Plaid, the same bank-level, read-only connection used by major fintech apps. We never see or store your login, and access is view-only, so we can read transactions but never move money.

    We catch you up. Cleaning up prior months and untangling miscoded transactions is part of onboarding, then we keep the books current with a close every month. You do not need to fix the backlog before talking to us.

    No. The subscription stays in your name and you keep full access the whole time. We work as a user inside it. If you ever stop working with us, nothing has to be exported or handed back, because the file was never anywhere else.
